Caterpillar LTDP - Product Development interview questions

Got an initial on campus interview, then made it to the final rounds in Peoria. Got us down there the night before, two people who has been in this program (LTDP) for less than 3 years took us out for dinner at an steakhouse (johnny's), second day, three behavioral interviews with three different people (1 on 1 interviews), then drug test and a tour in one of their facilities
