Overall it wasn't difficult; you just need to present yourself well.

Interview
Standard group exercise, followed by a presentation activity. STAR based interview questions, along with a few technical questions where they want to assess your thought process. Applied in early November, got the invite to Assessment Centre in mid-March.

Question 1
A time when you successfully adapted to a situation.
Applied online, invited for a video interview with competency questions after 2 days, now waiting to be shortlisted for assessment center (said my interview score passed the threshold about a week later)
Online interview, easy, great amount of time was given to practice answers. Question were saved, so you could return to the interview anytime. Best advice would be read the question you are given a whole week. And go through them one by one
