I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Caterpillar in Oct 2011
Interview
Very standard behavior based questions were asked. What bothered me was that the theme given for some of the questions didn’t actually fit the question themselves. For one question the theme was “Decision Making” and this was given before the actual question. The question was “When working with a team describe a time when you found a mistake and how you handled it.” Well obviously the question is easy, I found a problem and fixed it… I don’t understand why the theme for this question was “Decision Making.”
