Caterpillar Intern interview questions

Consisted of general behavioral questions based on the STAR format. Had two interviewers and interview lasted for around 45 minutes. Very easygoing interview experience. They ask many questions about project experience and situations you have dealt with while working in groups.

First went through a phone screen, followed by a virtual interview with a a few hiring managers (not from my team). Mostly behavioral questions, with the recommended STAR format. Heard back a week or two after.
