Interview
It was for a purchase engineer role that I was interviewing. The first round was an aptitude test consisting of a mix of mechanical, logical and English questions. The second round was a group discussion, it was pretty easy. The third round was a the final interview. It was a mix of technical and hr round. The questions asked in the interview were mostly based on GD&T topics. They went into a lot of depth on the design questions.

Difference between engineering and ideal stress-strain diagram
Someone who has worked on real time projects with good communication skills can easily crack the interview. It's always good if you give answers with examples or real life scenarios. Be prepared to tell few points on how you keep yourselves updated to the emerging technologies and advancements in filed of your trade

The questions were mostly oriented on understanding my experience. Counter questions were asked on whatever I said. But to be frank the technical questions weren't too deep. Someone who has average experience on working in real time projects and good communication skills can easily crack the interview
