Caterpillar Engineer interview questions

First round of interview was technical involving 3 to 4 people questioning you. The interview went for 1.30 hr Next 3 rounds were manager rounds where they ask situational questions. Questions can be anything from project to how u act on a particular situation.

Applied through college recruiting, was selected for preliminary interview. Had an on-site interview that went well. Decision conveyed two weeks after initial interview. Overall process was organized and easy to follow.
