Caterpillar Design Engineer interview questions

Got a call one day for a quick phone interview, had an in person interview with 2 managers the next day. They hired me right after that interview. The day of the interview I took a tour of the factory and learned about what types of components I could be working on. I also met with some of the designers in the group I would be working for and learned about the job.
