During my interview with Caterpillar, the focus was largely on the basics of my major subject, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). The interviewers asked a series of technical questions related to electronics and embedded systems, such as circuit theory, microcontrollers, and interfacing techniques. They were particularly interested in how well I understood fundamental concepts and could apply them to real-world scenarios. I was also asked to explain certain electronic components, their behavior in different configurations, and how embedded systems are utilized in modern engineering solutions. Overall, the interview was a mix of theoretical and practical questions aimed at assessing my core knowledge in electronics and embedded systems.
