Telephone interview which was fairly standard, This was followed by a face to face interview with two production managers, all the questions you would like someone making you medication to be asked. Responsibility, accountability, procedure, documentation.

Interview
Interview process took them about 2 or 3 month's from moment I applied to start date. There use to be a lot of questionnaires on-line, numeracy & literacy... once you passed all of them they invited me to an interview face to face. Myself and HR person & Production Manager.
