I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Catalent Pharma (Bloomington, IN) in Jan 2019
Interview
I initially had a phone interview with a Catalent recruiter. Then scheduled another phone interview with a Project Manager. After I communicated with the recruiter and she set up my in person interview. It was scheduled for 3.5 weeks after my phone interviews. I like to think that the reason for such a long time line was because I was interviewing during the Christmas/New Year season. My interview was 2.5 hours long. I was interviewed by 4 people in total. The interviews were 1:1 right after each other. All the questions that they asked were situational.
During the hiring process I was quite frustrated with the communication process with the HR recruiter.

Question 1
Give me an example of when you multitasked and prioritized tasks.
The interview process was great and was filled with a lot of information about the company. The interviews also ask very good questions concerning work history, skills, and how did I deal with situational issues with a client
The talent acquisition specialist was very professional and super easy to talk to. He was responsive to my emails. The only issue I had was the job description said it’s a Hybrid role. I was told it is only Hybrid until after 90 days of service. I wish there was more transparency on the job description. Driving there 5 days a week was just too much. Over an hour one way
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Catalent Pharma (Bathgate, Scotland)
Interview
First stage was a phone call with recruiter. Brief chat about the position and my experience. Stage two was face to face interview at catalent site in Bathgate. Pleasant interview, really enjoyable. No offer at the end though. Had to wait over 4 weeks for response.
