3 entretiens individuels dans les bureaux (avec le manager, suivi du n + 2, collaborateurs)
Déroulement plutôt classique, questions sur les compétences acquises et les expériences passées, difficultés rencontrées et comment les surmonter
Il s'agit d'un processus en plusieurs étapes. 4 entretiens avec les ressources humaines et les différents managers incluant des échanges et un business case à réaliser avec une présentation en anglais.

Interview
I applied online and received an email to set up a time for a quick chat with the HR. After the initial chat which lasted about 15 minutes, I was invited for a zoom interview with the manager that the role will report to. Both of them were really nice and friendly.
Even though I did not get the job, the HR personnel got back to me with an encouraging email (not the generic ones) and the reason why I was not chosen for the role. The comments were really useful for my self reflection and I was touched by the effort they make for candidates that didn’t get the job.
The overall interview experience have been amazing and the extra effort they make for the candidates just goes to show how much they value the people who works for this company.
