Applied in person, in store - there was no add out there. Received a quick informal interview and then returned a day or two later for a more prolonged interview. Very easy, questioned selling style and other qualifications.
Questions were not direct and transparent, worded tricky so you may answer different to what they ought to be looking for
Interview was around 30 mins
Anyway it was temporary position

Quick and easy met with the manager and talked about my work experience. Also then got the offer a few days later proceeded with a background check and onboarding. easy

Interviewed with three different managers but never heard back after following up. Interviews were average and managers were friendly during interview. Interview was more conversational, as opposed to them asking generic questions.
