For me, the process begins with a recruiter phone call asking about mymotivations, previous background and interest in the company. then a in person interview with the following steps:
Introductions.
Small Talk.

The interview process was very professional and well organised ensuring that the candidate is able to compete the process in due time without waiting. They were made to wait and the panel were extremely professional
I colloqui sono due in totale. Il primo con l’HR e il secondo con il capo della sezione. È principalmente un colloquio conoscitivo, dove si cerca di capire la personalità del candidato e le esperienze passate (se ce ne sono).
