CarMax Vehicle Condition Assessor interview questions

Applied online, had a quick phone interview about basics (why interested, availability, etc.). Was invited on the spot for an in-person interview in store. Waited a while, was asked to complete a background questionnaire and confirm details of online application. Interviewed in person with hiring manager.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience with the whole interview process. It started with a phone interview, which led to the coordinator scheduling for the actual interview the next day. The in-person interview consists of a multi-questionnaire assessment, a verbal background disciplinary discussion, and the actual behavior questions session.
