Several interviews consisting of phone, recorded and in person. The questions were not overly difficult if you have any experience and the whole process was streamlined. I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at CarMax (New York, NY) in Feb 2018
Interview
Almost an instant email once I applied and assessed to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was great. Several emails later and one week an in person interview was set up. Allow for 4 hours and study the website for interview tips. (Nothing about the company was asked)They set you up on a pc in front of customers to answer very personal questions. 2nd interview meet with a mgr who was out of uniform reading questions from a paper. Last interview with LGM who talked about his career and asked several questions from a paper. He said I would be contacted in 7 days. No one ever contacted me. I emailed the recruiting team on 3 separate occasions. No response. I finally logged into the talent network 3 weeks later and noticed my application was no longer being considered. I had high expectations.
