CarMax Sales Associate interview questions

-Short phone interview with basic questions -Called in for in person interview with sales manager and location general manager -Asked to print off a current vehicle on the lot and need to sell it to sales managers -Called in for 2nd interview which included a drug test and was offered the position

The hiring process was pretty simple. You will fill out a few things online that are very simple questions about yourself. You will probably have two different interviews which both of mine were held the same day. Finally, you will interview with the General Manager.
