CarMax Sales Associate interview questions

It was warm and welcoming. All of the assessments were in a comfortable environment. The manager met with me and sat down and discussed aspects of the job and few hypotheticals that were questioned to see what type of steps can be taken in certain situations.

Long and thorough. They really screen candidates to make sure they hire the best people. I had a phone interview, and two pannel interviews. All were roughly an hour or two long.
