CarMax interview questions

Just finish the Abstract test and get an interview. Not sure is that the real person. Still in process. Long time to wait for the application. The questions on the application is easier to answer

Call from recruiter. That’s where it ends. Quick decision even though skill sets and experience matchup. CarMax people don’t seem interested in qualified candidates. This is the second time applying for this same job. Not only is their application process a pain to deal with (25 quantitative questions about hypotheticals where you rate your response and apparently so does the hiring manager with no baseline metric revealed to candidates), they are not interested in people with actual skill sets and experience level. Will never apply for another position at CarMax. Waste of time and effort.
