A blessing in disguise. How unprofessional! To start, the “recruit/HR” sounds like she smokes 8 packs of cigarettes a day. The two interviews went awesome. I was told they get back to EVERYONE, no matter the outcome. I was told by the interviewer “we don’t ghost anyone” LOL Guess I was lied to. I’ve been GHOSTED. If this is the way they treat potential candidates, I can only assume they treat employees/customers the same way. WHEN YOU PROMISES A CALL BACK, DELIVER ON YOUR PROMISE. 😉otherwise don’t promise what you can’t deliver, like a call/email or even a car✌🏼
The manager called to do a phone interview first. After answering the questions on the phone, I was asked to come in for an in person interview. I met with the manager and was interviewed and offered the job after the interview.

First you do a math assessment online, which is somewhat difficult and seems very old. The graphs and charts are small and hard to read. You get no feedback, but if you do well enough they then invite you to do an interview over the phone. This interview was about an hour with 2 behavioral questions and then a case. I would barely even call this a case because it was just straight but math the entire time. They give you all the information over the phone and you have to keep track of all of the numbers and scenarios as you go. It's pretty difficult and nothing like the example they tell you to reference before hand. You also can't use a calculator.
