I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at CarMax in Feb 2022
Interview
I was referred by a current employee. I had a phone screen with the recruiter, then a 1/2 hour call with a PM director and Principal PM.
From there, I moved onto the next round, which consisted of six more interviews. One interview was a live case study with two peer PMs. The rest were panel interviews with PM Directors (behavioral questions) and an interview with the VP of Product (he mainly talked).

Interview
I got a phone call days after I apply for the position. I have over a decade of experience in customer service. He told me the people they have hired didn't have little to no experience at all. The only reason I got the phone call was that I didn't put down a race. This company was so interested in me until they heard my voice. This company discriminate based of your color and I would never apply again

Interview
Was called in for onsite interview. Was asked series of questions. Waited a few mins and another manager came to ask questions. Mostly situational. They use the STAR method. Everyone was friendly and courteous. This is a new location. What I really noticed is that everyone seemed happy to be there.
