extremely unprofessional experience recruiter ghosted me on the initial interview, and I am a very understanding person I know things happen that are out of our control but then would not return emails for rescheduling and when I finally got to schedule a video interview the recruiter was uninterested the entire duration of the interview did not even bother to turn on face camera and was rude and condensing.

When you fill out the online application, you must do an online assessment. The assessment takes about 20 minutes to complete. Your first interview is with an HR recruiter for 30 minutes. The second interview is with the hiring manager for 1 hour, and this interview is a case study. The case study has nothing to do with the role. You have to figure out if Carmax is making the right decision in buying land and building a Carmax store. You are given some data, but you must figure out if it makes sense to buy the land today or after the purchasing deadline. Finally, you will have to calculate how much Carmax will lose or make by purchasing the land today or tomorrow. You must calculate the profit or loss once you buy the land and build the store. Again, this case study had nothing to do with paid search or marketing.
