I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CarMax in Sep 2022
Interview
1) Recruiter phone screen
2) business case + typical behavioral questions
3) 3 more business cases and 2 more behavioral interviews.
Overall very negative experience because from the beginning I was told that this role could be performed remotely. The JD said remote work OK and everyone I spoke with said working remotely would be fine. I went through hours of interviews and prep. Once I was finished through the process, the recruiter told me that they could give me an offer if I moved to Richmond, VA. Very unprofessional and I feel very upset about this

Interview
The recruiter I worked with could use some additional support after leaving me with a less than desirable candidate experience.
Each communication was delayed by almost two weeks making this over a month and a half long process just to get rejected after a surprise phone interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter did not tell me a date or time of the interview, citing moving too fast and forgot to add me to the calendar invite.
Ghosted after an automated rejection email even after requested feedback twice so I could improve for future interviews.
The entire experience could have been handled more efficiently, and the result has left me with a poor perception of the company.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CarMax (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process involved questions regarding previous experiences and how the would relate to car sales. They also asked questions regarding how your experiences can benefit the company. Overall a fairly straight forward and normal interview
