CarMax interview questions

I have interviewed with many companies and I have to tell you Carmax deserves an F -. Why on earth would you. send a rejection letter to an applicant on a Sunday morning, can you not wait till Monday morning. Why was the recruiter and hiring manager so secretive when I asked them for their email addresses so I could send them a thank you note. I guess they don't believe in etiquette; WARNING - not a good culture Hiring managers questions were the worst asked - please find better questions - and clearer write your job description better

Very bland questions. The questions are more based off of how you are as a person mentally and don’t relate to your job experience or past experiences. The questions are corporate curated questions.
