CarMax interview questions

I have it tomorrow, we will see how it goes. I am expecting a case study and behavioral questions that will be during a 1 hour long interview. I am interviewing for the Atlanta position.

There are phone interview and in person interview where you have to tell them about yourself, questions about your experiences. Focus on customer service because that is almost everything they focus on. Last part is role play where you have to "sell the car".
