CarMax interview questions

The interview is multi step that starts with direct report but have to have other meetings with high up managers. Each are looking for their own qualifications. They are looking for leadership skills, communication skills, and organizational skills.

Intense interview process — very math heavy. Expect to answer quick mental math questions on percentages and ratios. This is much more of a math and logic test than a business test.
