CarMax interview questions

I applied late at night and was called the next morning. I did well on the phone interview so was called in for a face to face. Everything was pretty standard "tell me a time when you overcame an obstacle, etc" except for the fact they had a current associate watch you pee for the drug test, all the other jobs I've had used a lab. They were laying off a bunch of people at the time so it took a while for me to get hired but I was first in line when they resumed.

1st interview was easy.
