CarMax uses a behavioral interview process. They will ask you questions related to past experiences. If you are lucky, you may get a phone interview then you will meet with a couple members of the buying team. After this you will then meet with the purchasing manager. Next, you will be given a drug test, IQ test and personality test. If you are really lucky you will get to meet with the regional VP. Then you will have the privilege of waiting a couple weeks and not getting the job. My advice, apply somewhere else. The process is not worth it.
