CarMax interview questions

Interview is LONG. You will be there up to 3 hours being interviewed by every tom, dick, and sally manager. Look professional. Have completely open availability. If you tell them you are a student and need mon/wed or thur/fri off, they will NOT hire you. Also, do research on the company before the interview! This is NOT a high pressure sales enviornment and if you come in not knowing a single benefit about the company, you will be sent home with no job.

Online application, personality tests, sales tests online, phone interview. Then told to come in for face:face interview next day. In-store take honesty/drug use type test on computer then interview with 2 people afterwards. Sales mgr. said they'd call me the end of next week to see if go on.
