Interview
You first take a test and if you pass that you move into a small room and meet with HR. They ask you about 30 questions and write down all of your answers. After that I met with 2 managers who asked me 30 different questions. All in all I was there for 3hrs. They said they would let me know either way which they did not and I found so rude. Pay is low about 11hr but you can wear jeans to work.

Interview
First I had my phone interview, which were pretty basic questions. Asking a lot abut your past work experience. After my phone interview they wanted to schedule a face to face interview. When you get there, they make you sit in this office on a computer and answering questions online asking if you have ever done drugs, have you stolen anything, etc. That takes about 10-15 minutes. After that, someone will interview you, and be prepared for a lot of questions. There were a lot of questions like "Tell me about a time where..." After my first interview they told me they want a second interview with a different person. So about 10 minutes later I was interviewed again by the guy who did my phone interview. Again, asking more questions about situations that you have been in, how did you solve this problem, tell me about a time where you did this...etc. After that interview I was pretty much offered the job right there and then! Starting pay is $10 an hour.

Then I had a phone interview. The phone interview was behavioral at first, but then moved into a case interview. They have invited me to the next round of interviews at their home office. But I think I will be declining

Question 1
Phone interview case question: Expected payout problem. It involved two possible winners to an American Idol competition. There are two possible bets. You can bet on Jordan for $5 and potentially win $14 (net profit $9). Or you can bet on Chris for $8 and potentially win $13 dollars (net profit $5). The questions revolve around probability of each one winning. Depending on the probability of one winning there is a bet that will be most profitable. The case also adds two other 'bets' in addition to the two listed above. You can either choose not to bet or you can bet on both of them.
