CarMax interview questions

The interview was quick and easy. The hiring manager was very personable and great to talk with. I enjoyed the experience. Very welcoming and gave me the knowledge of what it would be like working for the company.

You are required to make various calculations and business decisions using only pen and paper in front of someone live. The interviewer admitted the process does not resemble the actual work environment whatsoever... yet this is how they determine who to hire. Weird to think a highly rated company is weighting what you remember from high school algebra over what you bring to the table as an analyst / what your skills and talents are. Just another company that can't get out of it's own way.
