CarMax interview questions

Very very lengthy, phone interview went super well, in person interview very different. Recruiter brought me in saying they were opening a location within 50 minutes of my home, had to drive 2.5 hrs interviewing for a position at that location. Very odd huge waste of time

The interview process was thorough. There was an interview with many great questions as well as they asked you to role play selling them a car on the spot. If you get hired then they drug test you right there on the spot and set up your schedule.
