CarMax interview questions

Extensive online form with 125 questions, then a phone screening and then a formal interview with entire management team. Upon arrival for formal interview I had to agree to full criminal background check then instead of sitting with management team which they prepared me for with handouts on what to expect, I sat with the sales manager who asked me the same questions that were asked over the phone. I would have been happy to reschedule instead of wasting my time.
