Interview
Got to the job site 20 minutes earlier. Had an interview with the sales manager, then an online assessment, then an other interview about the answers I provided on the assessment, then a panel interview with both sales managers, then the sales role I had to do afterwards. They said they'd contact me later for the next steps in the process, but not sure if that's true.

Interview
I applied online and was called within a few days to set up a phone interview. I did the phone interview and went it the same day for an in person interview. They make you sign a bunch of stuff so they can do a background check, credit check, driving history etc. The interview took over 2 hours. Then they showed me around and said I would hear back in a few days either way. The manager called me to tell me he had one more interview and would give me a call either way. I never heard back from anyone. If you tell someone something stick with it. They were so worried about where I've worked and how long. The interview process took way too long. It just wasn't worth the time and effort.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you took initiative to learn something new?

Interview
i Waited a very long time to speak to three or four managers. Each manager derived a pre scripted list of questions that were used to see how well you think off your feet. Annoyed by how petty some of the questions are but if you battle through it, you should get the job.
