Interview

The interview process begins with a phone interview asking basic questions. After the phone interview, you are brought in for an on-site interview with 2 different panels. These panels include senior buyers and a purchasing manager. There are a lot of behavioral based questions asked. After the 2 panel interviews, they offered me the job that day.

Questions were sometimes weird. Like hard to answer on the spot. I felt as though it didn't go spectacular but I got an in person interview. It seemed as though my answers on the phone were very basic screening questions.

Very involved interview process and had to make multiple trips to the store on different days. These interviews included a personality test, 1 on 1 interviews, then a couple panels which included managers from all business departments.
