Went through a behavioral interview on the phone with a recruiter then went through a second interview with 2 members of the team on some more technical aspects. They were preparing to fly me up for an in person interview then withdrew the internship.

Interview
They start off with an extensive online application which gives them a good idea of your personality and if you'd be a good fit. If you pass that screening process you will go through a phone interview which lasts about 10 minutes. they ask about what you look to accomplish in that role, why you chose the company, what skills you can contribute to the company, etc. After that is an on-site interview which lasts about an hour. They make you fill an online interview which takes about 15 minutes. After they make you role play selling a car so they can sense your personality.

Applied online, had a quick phone interview about basics (why interested, availability, etc.). Was invited on the spot for an in-person interview in store. Waited a while, was asked to complete a background questionnaire and confirm details of online application. Interviewed in person with hiring manager.
