CarMax interview questions

Applied online, the recruiter contacted me two days after. Basic phone screening with the recruiter inquiring about past experiences. Next interview was with two purchasing managers. They asked about 8 questions in total and it took a hour. Third and final interview was with the RVP. He asked 4 questions and said the recruiter would let me know next steps. The recruiter called 3 days later with a offer. Entire process took two weeks.

Meetings with recruiters went nice. The first one was easy going and the second one was too but not as much. They ask a lot of questions about how you can handle certain things and give you a lot of information about the company and what they stand for and what you do.
