CarMax interview questions

The recruiter called and set up an initial interview to see if I was a good fit for the job. Later, one hour interview was scheduled with a Strategy Manager. The interview consisted of case study where he went over a business situation and asked questions in regards to it. The questions were not difficult but you have to make sure you write notes to answer following questions.

30 minute first round phone interview with HR, 3 hour final round interview (not yet completed). First round interview was enjoyable and conversational. The interviewer was very professional and personable.
