I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at CarMax in Mar 2021
Interview
Initial application has you walk through a "fit"/behavior test, as well as a logic/IQ test that takes a good while (50-100 questions). If you pass those, there are three rounds of interviews: screening with HR recruiter, behavioral/background, and then final round. Final round is two interviews back to back, one with technical questions, and one with behavioral questions (technical geared).

Standard OOP design questions. No algorithms. Talk-through whiteboard code on Google Docs.
Great interview, 3 different people I talked to. All were happy, well spoken and knowledgeable. It did take a while but worth the effort. Great company to work for, great mentoring program. Solid processes. I would highly recommend this company for someone with a flexible schedule and looking for a team atmosphere. Learned alot.
