The interview was 3 hours broken into 3 1 hour sections. The first was a regular behavioral interview asking questions that could be answered in STAR format. The second was the technical round which was an OOP question that gave me a class and I had to write some simple functions that would use the data to manipulate certain functionalities. Quite simple. Finally, it was a Q&A with some previous interns, this one was very relaxed.

I interviewed at CarMax
Interview
It was amazing! The people are very nice and open, they're patient and understanding when you don't know something or are struggling with an answer. The first two interviews were on the phone and the last interview was a video interview, with a behavioral and technical interview.

Interview
It starts with a phone call behavioral interview. They just go over your resume and ask questions about it. They asked me one behavioral question after that. I unfortunately did not make past this round though. I answered everything clearly and to be honest, I though I was moving on.
