CarMax Business Office Associate interview questions

The interview was a positive experience. The first interview was a phone interview and afterwards they asked me to come to their location for an in person interview. Two managers interviewed me and asked me behavioral based questions and wrote notes for my answers. In total, the process lasted about 1 hour. The total hiring process was quick and took about 1 week after I applied.

Neutral. Extremely long process. Thorough they want to be sure that you will be a good fit for the company. Three "rounds", similar/identical questions. Overall, laid back and straightforward questions.
