I received an email to complete an on line assessment 8 days after applying. The assessment is timed with practice questions before. You have 25 minutes to complete the assessment. You can practice as many times as you would like.

It was a phone call interview asking basic questions on background, resume, and interests short term and long term. It was a classic first round interview that just wanted to check behavioral basically.
