They first give you a phone call then when you pass the phone call interview they'll invite you to have an in person interview. They offered me the job right away.

They ask you situational questions. ex: was there ever a time where you had to resolve a problem between a co-worker?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CarMax (Lancaster, PA)
Interview
Multiple interview process in which various department managers ask you situational questions and judge your responses as positive or negative attributes to the company. Following a few interviews they then collaborate and determine if each interviewee agrees on the positives and negatives of the candidate in question and if everyone agrees on the same points then they go from there. This was the hiring process, as described by my interviewer today. At which point I was offered a job on the spot because the immediate manager was available to review the interviewees notes about my interview. Otherwise all questions were basic

Why did you consider applying for Carmax? Tell us about a time at a previous job where you exhibited leadership qualities and implemented a new policy or change?
I showed up to carmax. The process was about 3 hours. 6 different managers interviewed me. It seemed like every manager from each department had interviewed me. The interview was rarely easy. The atmosphere was not stressful. The managers were really nice. I was offered the position and I accepted.
