Capital One Software Developer interview questions

I received an employee referral for a technical role on their team. A recruiter reached out to me a few days later and we had a phone call to discuss the opportunity and team and what I was looking for. I next had a phone call with a team leader; this was more of a conversation about the team (people, projects, etc.) and the position than a technical interview, i.e. I was not asked any technical questions. After that, I was invited for an on-site interview. I received information ahead of time about who I would be meeting and how to prepare for the interview. Overall, I heard back on next steps very quickly (within a business day in most cases), and my recruiter was very friendly, professional, and great to work with.
