Capital One Senior Manager interview questions

I was called almost immediately after submitting my application. The generalist was accommodating in scheduling the time. It took a half day. I meet with the hiring manager and others at that level and up. The day closed with a case interview.

The interview process is phased. There's an initial phone interview with a recruiter, followed by an in-person (or web-cam) interview with multiple individuals (typically 3-4). The interview includes a skills assessment test (math-related questions) and a series of behavioral questions to determine cultural fit.
