I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in Jul 2015
Interview
Four rounds of interview - 2 case interviews and 2 behavioral rounds. Each interview round lasted 45 minutes. Case interviews were simple math arithmetic questions where a manager would give you a business scenario and some numbers and ask you to calculate profit, revenue etc. I thought it was high school level Math. You were given a calculator to solve these. They were easy.
The behavioral interviews covered 6 questions where you had to talk about experiences from your professional life. I thought I did pretty well, but didn't get through. I believe they give a lot of weightage to the behavioral interviews, as most people who have a degree in science would easily be able to tackle the case interview questions.
