Capital One Senior Data Analyst interview questions

The process took a few weeks. An alumni who currently work for Capital One interviewed me on campus. And then had an on-site interview with three case studies in Richmond VA.

Four rounds of interview - 2 case interviews and 2 behavioral rounds. Each interview round lasted 45 minutes. Case interviews were simple math arithmetic questions where a manager would give you a business scenario and some numbers and ask you to calculate profit, revenue etc. I thought it was high school level Math. You were given a calculator to solve these. They were easy. The behavioral interviews covered 6 questions where you had to talk about experiences from your professional life. I thought I did pretty well, but didn't get through. I believe they give a lot of weightage to the behavioral interviews, as most people who have a degree in science would easily be able to tackle the case interview questions.
