Interview
4 stage interview process. Retained headhunter telephone/email contact and evaluation, followed by HR discussion via phone and follow up tests and application via CapOne site. Video conference with hiring manager, then final in-person all-day round with hiring manager, C level report, one subordinate, two peers, and one stakeholder. Questions were probing but reasonable - no real gotcha's or tricks. Expected to spend more time speaking with stakeholders during process, but this did not occur.
