Six separate interviews; different level within the team; both technical and cultural fit; scenario based questions; duration as approximately one hour long; discussion of the benefits was very brief but pointed. Enjoyable process

The process I had was an initial phone screen and then a deeper dive over another phone interview and then a long day of more interviews and case study challenge questions. Very long process and took multiple hours (6-8) for the entire process
