Capital One Manager interview questions

Initial screening was good. Just asked basic questions about career projection. Good respectful and straight forward. The recruiter was nice and appreciative for the interest. Described that there would be a testing process after the initial interview.

Initial screening is like a smaller version of the math part of the GRE. Being prepared will definitely help. They will send you resources, you should take those resources seriously.
