Capital One MRP Associate interview questions

1 first round interview with an associate at Capital One. During this interview they ask you strictly behavioral questions to see your communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem solving skills. After this interview, if you move forward, you are invited to a powerday which includes 1 behavioral interview, 1 case study, and 1 job fit interview. My powerday was virtual, however, some applicants visit campus for the powerday (depending on how far you'd have to travel--I lived in TX at the time and the interview would have been in VA). After they extended a job offer to me, they flew me out to the VA campus to tour.
