it is going smoothly without any issues but some questions are not related directly to the role and the managers are not very good at technical issues, so trie to ask different questions about behaviors. Not difficult in my opinion.
Overall pretty straightforward process. Initial part was the online job assessment then being reached out by a recruiter to do interviews.
One behavioral followed by a power day with a job fit, behavioral, and case study.
